Rescue Hearts Shipping Terms and Conditions
Once your order has been processed, packaged an picked up from our facility by the United States Post Office (USPS), delivery of your order is the sole responsibility of USPS. Rescue Hearts is not liable or responsible for lost, damaged, late or undelivered packages. We will however do our best to satisfy you as our customer on a one by one basis.
Should your order/package be lost, damaged, or undelivered, you should contact USPS immediately at http://www.usps.com. We will assist in any manner possible to help you with any claim through USPS.
Weather Delays/Natural Disaster/”Acts of God”
Weather delays, natural disasters or any “Act of God” can often be unexpected and cause delays in the shipping of your package. Rescue Hearts nor USPS will be held responsible for any shipping delays as a result of these factors. Should we be aware of any possible weather delays just before shipping your package, we will contact you to discuss an alternative shipping date and get our product to you ASAP reducing the chance of loss.
If your order is damaged due to negligence by Rescue Hearts, we will replace it free-of-charge. If you receive an order that you suspect is damaged or incorrect in any way, please do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately toll free at (813) 230-3018. We may request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email no later than 24 hours after receipt.
When placing your order please double check the shipping address information you have entered for errors, typos or misspellings, before submitting your order. Submitting any part of your shipping information incorrectly can result in delivery delays of up to 1 additional day, as well as additional costs for USPS to reroute and correct the address.
